The range of services offered by Klose Logistikmanagement includes interim management purchasing, logistics and supply chain, logistics consulting, freight cost optimization on a success basis and inventory management. We realize our philosophy – 100% quality at a fair price – at all our projects.
Orders are only accepted, if the owner has time to lead the project. He is an internationally experienced manager with more than 30 years’ experience in the areas of logistics and supply chain. He characterizes the philosophy of the company and is responsible for the strategic direction of the company. As a certified project manager of IPMA, he uses the acquired methodological skills for a competent and professional project realization.
